In
Spring 2001, Geoff from Granada TV's "Muck and Geoff"
came to transform our Garden. They
took a derelict and totally unusable piece of ground near the
side of the library and transformed it into a wonderful sensory
garden for all to enjoy. |

Celebrations for the Library
In April 2001 the Toy Library celebrated
its 20th birthday, no mean feat when you consider that it started
life as a few toys in a cupboard and now, with over 2000 toys and
tapes, it occupies a converted house. It has not been an easy journey
but finally we are here, and able to provide the same excellent
and hopefully improved service as before.
Library moves to a new home
After a few years of uncertainty and
anticipation Delamere Toy & Tape Library, along with the Rainbow
Band, Rainbow Group and Link Group, has finally moved into its new
home
THE TOY HOUSE, 91, Irlam Road, Flixton,
Just a hundred yards or so from our
previous home, the Cabin.
