"The toy library is a great resource for childminders as it provides us with large toys that we only need for a short period and can’t store on a long term basis as well as other toys that we can’t afford to buy. We originally joined to borrow toys for our playgroup. However, my younger daughter and I soon fell in love with the toy library for both its toys and the staff. We now attend regularly and now have to wait for my son to finish nursery so that he can come too! Everyone in Trafford should have to make a compulsory visit, because after one visit I’m sure they’d all come back! We brought our playgroup on a private visit and they too all fell in love and joined on the spot! Thank you to everyone involved, we really feel welcome and now the toy library is a huge part of our lives!"

"We regularly bring the children from our class to the Toy Library – often they request it or choose it themselves, using picture exchange communication cards. They are always eager to visit our problem is they do not want to leave. The variety of resources available is extensive and appeals to all abilities and ages. The staff in my class also love the visits as the adults helping in the Toy Library are always welcoming and helpful and very patient with all of our demands!"

"I am a teacher who works one to one with a pupil in their own home, when the pupil is too ill to attend school. Thanks to the Toy Library I have been able to introduce lots of new experiences. This has resulted in the family buying equipment for their daughter which they otherwise would not have been aware of. More importantly the pupils is enjoying and achieving!"
